My approach is intentional without ever feeling rigid. I'll offer guidance, then step back and leave room for life to unfold naturally. I've been told that my posing and direction is very thorough and helpful, which I attribute to years of doing yoga and valuing detailed instruction and minor adjustments. This allows those I work with to feel at ease, confident and able to have a good time. I want you to forget there's a camera between us so your photographs feel less like a photoshoot and more like memories you've somehow been able to hold onto.

It's part of my job to make sure that you look great while doing so.

My post-production philosophy mirrors that same balance.

Every image begins with a technically sound foundation—clean color, natural skin tones, thoughtful composition, and timeless edits that won't feel dated decades from now. From there, I carefully weave in richer contrast, cinematic depth, smooth tones, and just enough grit to create atmosphere without overpowering authenticity. I love images that feel both polished and imperfect—dramatic without becoming theatrical, gritty without sacrificing beauty, and whimsical without losing their honesty.

Your photographs should still look beautiful thirty years from now, while carrying enough soul that you can almost hear the laughter, feel the breeze and remember exactly what that moment felt like.
